1st Dunfermline Guides, Rainbows and Rangers went on a sponsored walk over the Forth Bridge in December to raise vital monies for Maggie’s Fife centre . They walked the 5k with a half way stop for refreshments at South Queensferry We are delighted to share that the donations kept flowing in so their final total raised was £1020.
They presented the cheque to Sarah who has been using Maggie’s and who inspired them as their sponsor as mum of one of our previous Guides.
The big cheque is being held by 1st Dunfermline Guide Iris and 1st Dunfermline Rainbow Una who raised the largest amounts of sponsorship for each unit.
Congratulations to all who were involved – a fantastic achievement and helped raise lots of money for this amazing charity!
