Congratulations to Rebecca Telfer, who was recently awarded Cupar’s Young Citizen of the Year. Rebecca, who is a Young Leader with the 3rd Cupar Brownies, had the honour of switching on the town’s Christmas lights. This was the first of many events that Rebecca will be involved with during the year.
